Race

Verstappen started from pole position for Red Bull and completed the race in 1:34:00.161. Norris started second for McLaren and finished in the same position at +7.959, while Charles Leclerc took third for Ferrari at +15.373 after starting third.

Lewis Hamilton finished fourth for Ferrari after lining up fifth on the grid, and Piastri took fifth for McLaren from sixth. George Russell lost two places from fourth on the grid to sixth at the flag for Mercedes.

Yuki Tsunoda made up eight places for Red Bull, climbing from 13th on the grid to seventh at the finish. Nico Hülkenberg also gained ground for Sauber, moving from 11th to eighth, while Oliver Bearman finished ninth for Haas F1 Team after starting eighth and Fernando Alonso took the final point for Aston Martin from 10th.
