Lando Norris starts LN4 Fusion junior team

Lando Norris has co-founded LN4 Fusion for Italian F4, FRECA and Formula 3, adding a junior pathway project alongside his 2026 F1 campaign.

Lando Norris has co-founded LN4 Fusion, a junior single-seater team and driver programme, Formula1.com reported. That report said the new operation will compete in the Italian F4 Championship, FRECA and Formula 3, and that Norris has launched it with British karting team Fusion Motorsport.

BBC Sport reported the project is intended to support young drivers on their route to Formula 1. Motorsport.com reported LN4 Fusion is set to race across Europe’s single-seater ladder from 2027, while RaceFans also reported plans for a Formula 3 programme and said Formula 2 could follow.

The move comes while Norris remains active in Formula 1. The McLaren driver, born on 13 November 1999, was the 2025 world champion and stood fourth in the 2026 drivers' championship on 159 points; from 2019 to 2026 he entered 161 Grands Prix, scoring 11 wins and 16 poles.
