Arvid Lindblad eyes rally future after Goodwood run
Motorsport.com reported Arvid Lindblad is open to rallying after Formula 1 following a Goodwood WRC outing, while he sits 11th in F1 on 20 points.
Motorsport.com reported that Arvid Lindblad is open to a possible move into rallying after Formula 1 after driving an M-Sport-Ford Puma Rally1 car at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. The report framed it as a future option rather than any confirmed change in direction for the British driver, who was born on 8 August 2007.
Lindblad is racing in Formula 1 in 2026 with RB F1 Team and has entered nine races so far this season. He sits 11th in the drivers' championship on 20 points, and his best result to date is seventh.
The wider young-driver conversation also continued elsewhere, with Motorsport.com running a feature on Luke Browning and RaceFans carrying a round-up that mentioned Red Bull junior Nikola Tsolov. Neither report changed Lindblad's current position: the rally interest remains a reported longer-term possibility after his Goodwood outing, while his F1 campaign continues.
