Max Verstappen won the Las Vegas Grand Prix 2025 from second on the grid, with George Russell and Andrea Kimi Antonelli joining him on the podium.

Max Verstappen won the 2025 Las Vegas Grand Prix for Red Bull by 23.546 seconds over George Russell. Verstappen started second at the Las Vegas Strip Street Circuit and also set the fastest lap on lap 50 with a 1:33.365.

Race

Russell finished second for Mercedes from fourth on the grid, while Andrea Kimi Antonelli completed the podium after climbing from 17th to third for the same team. Charles Leclerc took fourth for Ferrari from ninth on the grid, and Carlos Sainz finished fifth for Williams after starting third.

Isack Hadjar placed sixth for RB F1 Team from eighth on the grid, and Nico Hülkenberg finished seventh for Sauber from 11th. Lewis Hamilton recovered from 19th on the grid to eighth for Ferrari, while Esteban Ocon and Oliver Bearman scored the final points for Haas F1 Team in ninth and 10th after starting 13th and 14th.

Key movers

Antonelli made up 14 places between the grid and the finish to secure third place for Mercedes. Hamilton gained 11 positions to eighth, while Leclerc moved forward five places from ninth to fourth and Hülkenberg advanced four places from 11th to seventh.

Championship

The result left Lando Norris leading the drivers' championship on 390 points after round 22. Oscar Piastri held second on 366 points, and Verstappen's victory moved him level with Piastri on 366 points in third.
