Andrea Kimi Antonelli won the Italian Grand Prix at Autodromo Nazionale di Monza in 1:51:15.281, beating George Russell by 3.857 seconds as Mercedes scored a 1-2. Max Verstappen finished third, 14.718 seconds behind Antonelli.
Race
Russell secured second place for Mercedes, while Lando Norris took fourth for McLaren at +19.056 and Oscar Piastri followed in fifth at +19.253. Lewis Hamilton finished sixth for Ferrari at +24.655, with Pierre Gasly seventh for Alpine F1 Team at +27.351.
Further back, Arvid Lindblad placed eighth for RB F1 Team at +45.136 and Franco Colapinto was ninth for Alpine F1 Team at +47.353. Yuki Tsunoda completed the points in 10th for RB F1 Team at +58.187.
Championship
Antonelli collected 25 points for the win and moved to 267 points at the top of the drivers' championship after round 13. Russell added 18 points and held second on 201, while Hamilton stayed third on 191 after scoring eight points for sixth place.
