Silverstone also drew a record 564,000 fans across the four-day event, according to BBC Sport. Leclerc arrived fourth in the drivers' championship on 108 points, while Russell was second on 154 and Hamilton third on 147.

BBC Sport reported that Kimi Antonelli and Max Verstappen failed to score, while Autosport said Antonelli lost second place and finished outside the points. Post-race, Autosport and RaceFans reported that Carlos Sainz was penalised for a Safety Car infringement after incorrectly unlapping himself. Hamilton kept third after stewards issued a reprimand over a yellow-flag matter, according to Autosport and RaceFans.
