Belgian GP 2026: Bortoleto scores again for Audi

Formula1.com reported that Gabriel Bortoleto finished eighth at the Belgian Grand Prix, giving Audi another points result at Spa. The outlet said the Brazilian remains the team’s only points scorer, so the finish carried added weight, though the report is still treated here as unconfirmed.

Bortoleto, born on 14 October 2004, has competed in Formula 1 in 2025 and 2026 and has entered 33 races for Audi and Sauber. After the Spa weekend, he stood 14th in the 2026 drivers’ championship on 10 points.

That reported P8 added another scoring finish to Bortoleto’s season. It also meant, according to Formula1.com, that Audi’s wait for points at Spa ended with the 21-year-old again delivering the team’s only contribution on the board.
