Ian Burgess

Ian Burgess was a British Formula 1 driver and researcher, born on 6 July 1930. He competed in Formula 1 across the 1958 to 1963 seasons and entered 24 races in that span.

Burgess raced for Cooper, Cooper-Climax, Cooper-Maserati, Lotus-Climax and Scirocco. Across his Formula 1 career, he recorded no wins, pole positions or podium finishes, and his best result was sixth.
